Fellows willgain insight and understanding of the federal government and educationpolicy. The fellowship is administered by the USDA Hispanic-ServingInstitutions National Program. According to the USDA, this experiencebrings together HSI staff and federal executives to address thechallenges faced in developing a well-prepared Hispanic workforce.
